With the 6th Edition only available as of days ago, it seems much was 'missed'.
Let's start a list of the omitted coins. At least we will have a place to go to see what didn't make the book.
I know a couple are glaring errors made by, I suppose, the editor. We need to learn why and devise a plan to solve the issue so the publication can maintain their integrity and respect. Their interest or lack of will indicate their committment to UWC.
We need UWC but we also need accuracy and completeness as it is our so called 'bible' of USNS styled coins. Thus it is in our best interest to make sure it can be the best it can be.
I guess UWC is like Arbitron ratings in radio...we in radio doubt the accuracy but it is the only means of audience measurement used in radio, so without another option, all radio has is Arbitron to say how many listen to what station.

I have got a Spanish pistareen dated 1718M, KM = 307 but it weighs only 5 grams instead of 6.7 . Could it be listed as unusual ?
