Hi There!! Is this all I need to do to join!? No forms to fill out!?!? Wow! Looking forward to a whole new experience! Boy, a couple of years ago, we all did not know each other in the slightest bit! I remember back in those days, seeing the Duchy of Avram coins in Bruce's catalog, and there was no way of getting those coins... Now we have those coins and then some!! Boy, I think we are transforming this field of numismatics. At least in our own lives! I bet we all think about our Yahoo Group and now the UNSN site every day! Erik

Yep, it's that simple. I can make it more complicated if you like. A couple of years ago I would have said that there were probably no more than 100 micronation coins... now we know there are probably at least a 1000 of them. I often wake in a cold sweat thinking about the USNS website. ;D

Hello! I think one of the main differences between this site and the one at Yahoo Groups is that I get all the messages from the Yahoo Group in my hotmail. So I generally read all the messages that way, and respond accordingly and promptly. I don't think the messages from this new group get sent to our e-mail addresses. Does this make a difference in the amount of messages this new site can expect to receive? Erik

Hi Erik,
I don't see that it should make a difference to the number of messages posted - except possibly to faclitate their increase - because now people can identify messages that are of particular relevance to them, rather than wading through every single email.
I know that recently I have been so overwhelmed by the sheer volume of Yahoo messages that I have tended to skim through them without reading things properly on many occasions.

Hi everybody,
Don't forget to log in when you're on the USNS Message Board, otherwise you can probably only see 50% of the messages!!!

Howdy from the Lone Star State, I am Richard from the YG (yahoo group) and I am happy that we have a Message Board that we can post pics. Just to let everyone know I am going to get my first USN coin from The Republic of Molossia. His Excellency has told me this: They only cost 2$USD each including Shipping. Well I hope this MB goes very well and I think that with this message board we can also talk about the flags of Micro-Nations or Unrecognised States. We can try to not limit our selfs to only Coins. I have joined the FOTW group and hardly nobody talkes about Unrecognised States Flags. Take care everyone and Keep up the good work and I am Proud to be appart of this great group.

Thank you for your reply Shibolet,
I have already been to the FOTW site and I am a member of the Yahoo Group.
I was trying to say that we could start a flag group for only Unrecognised States and the group could be called “USVS” (Unrecognised Sates Vexillology Society). There is a group called the NAVA that deals with world flags but It would be nice to have a group for Unrecognised State Flags.
Ciao,
PS: I have a website that I am still working on and I would like to Promote this group on it. Could someone give me the HTML Code for it or a Photo of the Logo so I can link it back to this site?. many thanks.
